RubyHash parses a lot of Ruby hash variations, and occasionally a particularly unusual one trips up the parser. If you paste a hash and the output looks wrong, that is genuinely useful to know. A copy of the exact input you used is the single most helpful thing you can send, because it lets me reproduce the problem immediately and add it to the test suite so it stays fixed.
Many improvements to the tool and ideas for articles have come directly from reader email. If there is a Ruby or Rails topic you wish had a clear, practical write-up, or a feature that would make the diff tool more useful for your workflow, send it over. I keep a running list and work through it.
